This professional is basically a cheater. He called early and insisted that I have the service 2 hrs early, else he won't be available at the booked time. I agreed and allowed him to come early. He half heartedly inspected the issue and even on explaining the actual issue, he confirmed for parts replacement and proper service. Gave me a quote of 1340 which I agreed. Ended up the job mid way without informing me and took cash from me and said things would work after 1-2 wash and left. But unfortunately the issue still remains. On claiming the warranty, he accepted and paused my service for a week without any inspection.
