The new part that was brought by the engineer was neither packed in a plastic bag to look new to the least, nor there was any evidence that the spare part was that of a company and new. The engineer hurried to attach it even before me coming in to check. While he did show me when questioned and told me that this is how the spare parts come, i wasn't 100% convinced. Least is to see it in a plastic cover, with a company and price tag. I allowed him to proceed as I didn't see any point arguing but this remains a concern if the part brought and charges paid by me are aligned and if it's an original product. Apart from that no complaints as such.
