I had booked a service with your company on January 20, 2025, but despite a lapse of 15 days, I have received no proper response from your end. I wish to formally register my complaint regarding the fraudulent practices and service deficiency I have experienced: Unauthorized Quotation & Charges: Your team generated a quote without my confirmation and proceeded with unauthorized service, which amounts to cheating. Fraudulent Motherboard Replacement: Your invoice charged ₹11,000 for a new motherboard, but upon inspection, an old motherboard was found inside my TV. This is a clear case of fraud (Section 420 IPC). Lack of Transparency: You have refused to provide pictures of my original motherboard, including its barcode and identification details, further raising suspicion. Damage to My TV: The initial issue was power on/off malfunction, but now the TV has a damaged display, which was not present earlier. No Quality Checklist Provided: Before delivery, your team did not share any quality assurance report, making your repair work questionable. Abusive Behavior by Your Technician: Your technician not only failed to resolve the issue but also abused my family members and even called the police, which has severely impacted our reputation in society. Given the seriousness of these concerns, I request you to: Send a senior engineer to inspect and resolve all issues at my location within 7 working days. Provide a full report on the motherboard replacement with proper proof and justification of charges. Ensure your team behaves professionally and follows ethical service standards. Failing to address my concerns within the given time frame will compel me to initiate legal proceedings for fraud (Section 420 IPC) and mental harassment at the Greater Noida Court. I expect an urgent resolution to this matter. Please acknowledge this complaint at the earliest.
