Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
What will the second visit include?
Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.

The pest control was a complete waste of our time. Extremely unsatisfied with the service/products used. The cockroaches have not gone yet, in fact they've spread across other parts of the house. I want to cancel the follow up and would like my money back!!

I had booked the pest control along with the utensil removal service, however he did not remove the utensils himself solely! He asked a member of the family to remove the utensils and also commented that he cannot remove the utensils alone as he’s not paid enough for the service!

We provide a 3 month warranty after the process is completed so that there is no recurrence of cockroaches.
Thorough inspection of the area
Our pest control expert thoroughly inspects the area for any cockroaches, ants, other insects in tricky hiding areas
Unique 2 visit treatment
The treatment will happen in two parts with a gap of 2 weeks. First, spray treatment to kill the fully developed pests. Second, gel treatment to break the lifecycle and kill the newly hatched eggs. The gel goes deep inside the drains attacking the cockroaches and ants where they hide and breed, preventing them from multiplying
