Haircut was not done as per instructions ..no mirror used during haircut..too short hair..For massage, no knowledge of pressure points, machine was also missing, not up to the mark.

I booked a service for my family that just arrived from Canada. He offered some extra services, which we were happy to try, but he never quoted any price. My family didn’t even know that these services were at an extra price. Finally, he charged us extra 3600 rupees. Very disappointed
