He had applied the colour in the hairs and said wash after half and and left from the home. He has not checked whether the colour is marked on the hairs or not. As he doesn't wait. It was a mistake by him. He should wait for the colour to be wet. Last time the person who came for the same service had waited and washed the hair to remove the colour. This was the gap between both of them. At this time the colour was applied properly but the hair was grey even after applying the colour.
