The person was clumsy and didn’t have the patience to listen to customer preferences. While the haircut was decent, it was disappointing that he wasn’t willing to follow instructions, no matter how many times we explained. He seemed confused and insisted on doing things his way, which didn’t feel professional. Initially, he cleaned the customer’s face with a brush, but then used the same brush to clean the floor and the bottom of his shoes. Despite offering him a broom, he refused to use it. To make things worse, he mentioned that he uses the same brush repeatedly for every appointment, which was extremely unhygienic.
