He had attitude and didn’t listen to my requests Took time to set up Water was cold and I had to warm kettle Preparing and set up took 45 mins and then is attitude was I’ve been here working on your pedicure for 2 hours. Scrub was long time as very slow Exfoliating was 3 mins per leg Massage was 5 minutes per leg Felt insulted - and manner was rude and uncomfortable. Needs training as good only for basic skills
