here's a summary of the issues described: * Incorrect screen replacement: 1st time. The screen was replaced with the wrong one. * Laptop hanging: The laptop started freezing or becoming unresponsive after the deployment of that screen. * Data deletion: You were asked to delete your data, but the issue persisted. * Issue diagnosed the second time and the issue was fixed eventually with the other new screen. (Service man told it was Lenovo company's issue that the issue was diagnosed properly ) *Time wasted and data deleted. The time was wasted and the data was deleted unnecessarily causing me a lot of issues. The service costed me more than 14000 rupees which is too heavy on my pocket.

Damaged my ram slot during cleaning, when i contacted uc customer service regarding the issue he then lied to them saying " it was already damaged and that he informed me about it" he did not. My laptop has 32gb ram and it was working completely fine before he cleaned it.

The Invoicing is happening all wrong. First of all why the hell single fan is not going to be sold when it is available on market. Your repair guy said charge will be ₹3200 then why initial invoice second time came as 2800 something which was again updated to ₹3200 something. You are running an organisation or a joke. Trust me I am putting the call recording that I have on twitter. First time experience and it's a shitshow

Good Service and Excellent Behaviour. He was very quick to respond when I had faced some issues post service and clarified over call and another visit. Cleaning of exterior and overall hygiene (including post clean up) can be improved. Nothing on the technician but UrbanCompany charging Rs. 1000 for cleaning of a Gaming Laptop did not feel justified.
