The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
What will the second visit include?
Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?

Has not used proper chemicals and insects are visible in less the 24 hous of completing pest control. We even see more swarms of ants and cocktoach roaming around On telling him the same he is shouting and mot willing to listen. Full waste of Money Never expected this from urban company professional

The service person said as they remove the things ,only in baseline ,and sprayed only there. They won't open the kitchen cabinets,remove things and spray there .they will keep only the gel inside the cabinets after two weeks . .so within 15 minuites the service got over. I think they are scared of the recent incident happened in Chennai. Let's check after two weeks! Tq
