Didn't report on time. Didn't bother to inform that he will be late. During the massage, he demanded that TV be switched off as it's disturbing his work. But his phone rang nearly 30 times in high volume with a terrible ring tone during the session which he didn't bother to put in silent mode. He didn't see that as a disturbance. Don't ever allot this person to me in future.

It was a very below average massage experience. To start with he was late. During the massage he seemed not interested and just was waiting for 60 minutes to be over. No massage technique at all. He just poured oil ( a lot, not sure if finishing that bottle was his kpi) and kept in rubbing it around in circles. He dint give and cues before he did any particular massage stroke. At one point he just cracked my back without any heads up and it was little shocking. His pressure was also high and I repeated 3 times during the massage to reduce the pressure level.
