The technician, Mohanraj, demonstrated exceptional expertise and professionalism in chimney servicing. This is the first time I’ve come across someone with such outstanding skill and attitude. Firstly, I was deeply impressed by his humbleness. Secondly, his technical expertise was remarkable. Thirdly, he went above and beyond by educating me on basic maintenance tips to help extend the life of the product. Fourthly, the quality of his work was truly outstanding—he completed the job like a true professional, far exceeding my expectations and even surpassing the standards of a typical product service engineer. Lastly, he ensured the workspace remained clean throughout the process. I am extremely satisfied with Mohanraj’s service and would love to have him service my chimney again in the future.

WOW and Excellent service done by the chimney technician. This is the first time, I've seen a technician who worked more professionally and I really inspired the way he completed cleaning task. The service technician was so punctual to know where the location was. In spite of the given location being incorrect. However, he managed and got my location, reached on time. He is really trained in his job role, where we can see the output was very neat and clean. I recommend UC to promote this service technician to higher designation and have the junior tech to assign under his supervision, so that UC can have the number of professionals like him.

I had booked for basic chimney cleaning services today. The technician who arrived did not know how the oil collection tray should be removed. Shortly after the technician left after the service, I turned on the chimney to cook but to my dismay, the oil collection tray fell off abruptly into the dish I was cooking, causing a messy splatter in my kitchen.
