I was running very late for work so I understand I sort of was rushing towards the end but she explicitly told me I had whiteheads and not blackheads but even after the service, my nose is full of blackheads. My upper lip and eyebrows still had hair. If there was a lighting issue, she could have told me sooner or later. Nirmala ma’am was sweet but the service was not the best, I’m sorry.

Arti arrived and started cribbing that she was on her periods . I understand that but if she was on her periods then she should have canceled . Left so many hairs on arms and legs. When I was asking her to remove she was making faces. Also, she always asks for 500 extra for buttock wax if it is not included then why it is not mentioned in application. No other professional from urban company asks for that. She said Rawat ji my trainer asked to charge for the same. Even big salons in Chandigarh never asked for the same. When I refused she said customers bhaunkte hai jab hum unse charge karte hai. Also, she threatened me if you raise an issue urban company will block you. And she is from your prime services. Urban company what do you have to say about that.
