I booked a service appointment on March 30th for the second half of the day. Engineer Mohammed Saif visited and informed me that the door lock was damaged and needed replacement. Although the cost of the part was higher than what I found online, I agreed to proceed with the repair. However, the engineer mentioned that the required part was unavailable at that time and would be available on Tuesday. I agreed to wait. On Tuesday, when I contacted him, he informed me that he was on leave and could not make it that day. He also mentioned that the part was with him, and the booking could not be canceled or rescheduled. Later, when I followed up, he said he was out of station and could not make it on Wednesday either. At this point, I decided to contact your support team. Despite the engineer being unresponsive, your team made multiple attempts to reach him. I would like to acknowledge Navneet from the support team, who was very helpful and diligent in following up with me and resolving the issue. Finally, after a delay of 5 days, the issue was resolved. While I appreciate the eventual resolution, the overall experience was not ideal due to the significant delay and lack of communication from the engineer. Can give 5 stars for Urban Customer Service Engineer but 2 Stars for Service Engineer
