I had booked a service to diagnose an issue with my washing machine. The technician visited, diagnosed that the pulsator was the problem, and replaced it. He also performed an additional descaling service. After completing the work, he assured my family that the machine was working fine. However, just four days after his visit, the machine started showing a 4C error, which was never an issue before. I raised a warranty claim as per your policy, and the same technician visited again. Instead of diagnosing the problem, he argued with me, questioning why I raised a warranty claim.
