I had booked a service to diagnose an issue with my washing machine. The technician visited, diagnosed that the pulsator was the problem, and replaced it. He also performed an additional descaling service. After completing the work, he assured my family that the machine was working fine. However, just four days after his visit, the machine started showing a 4C error, which was never an issue before. I raised a warranty claim as per your policy, and the same technician visited again. Instead of diagnosing the problem, he argued with me, questioning why I raised a warranty claim. I informed him that since this issue only appeared after his service, it is reasonable to suspect a possible connection. Instead of addressing the problem, he refused to work unless I provided the OTP, even though my concern remained unresolved. My Concerns: 1. The technician misdiagnosed the initial issue, focusing only on the pulsator while the root cause may have been something else. 2. After his service, a new problem (4C error) started, and he failed to diagnose and resolve it. 3. He argued with me instead of explaining the issue professionally. 4. He refused to proceed with the repair unless I confirmed the OTP, despite the issue not being resolved. Request for Resolution: I request the following actions from your team: 1. A proper inspection and resolution of the issue by a qualified technician. 2. A clear explanation of whether the new issue is related to the technician’s previous work. 3.
