The service person suggested solution. When asked to complete it he refused saying that he is not having time. Why do you send such people who is not having time. Our problem is not solved. Very poor service. Second consecutive time I had a bad experience with Urban Company. Thanks for the suggestions given which was already known to me. Did not implement the suggestion even after telling him that all charges will be taken care of.
