Booked an installation service by Urban Company along with this Amazon purchase of Bathroom Safety Bar. They never turned up at the schedule time and date. Neither could I cancel the order for service nor reschedule again. Had to approach Amazon Personnel through personal contacts to reschedule the installation. The UC plumber landed without even a drill machine to fix 4 screws. Vanished for an hour before returning with one. Could only fix 3 screws using the ones provided with the product and did jugaad for the fourth support. That too with my suggestions. What would take 45 minutes took 2 hours to do and that too not fully satisfied. Extremely angry and upset with this whole transaction. Left a very unpleasant taste in the end.
