Horrible service. He didn't even clean the dust before starting the work. I would have done it if he would have asked me to. He did such a bullshit work. He sprayed something and all the dust are stuck on the wall. He asked us not to use water. The dust isn't getting cleared now. We are supposed to keep utensils and food items there. Out of all the orders, this has been the worst. We haven't had such issue with no broker ever. He also kept forcing us to call him privately for the job and was telling that the company's product is of cheap quality and pest won't be controlled. If we call him privately, he would use his product which is of high quality and very effective. He gave his phone number and went. He didn't even clean at the end. He left everything as it is after applying the product and went. Such a horrible experience with urban company. Totally disappointed...

It’s been less than a week since the service and the cockroaches are back. Last time I took this service , it was very well done by Mr Praveen. I did book an appointment with him and unfortunately someone else was assigned and the job was incomplete. In spite of repeatedly requesting him to spray adequately in all the areas , he denied to do the same. The work was incomplete and hence unsatisfactory results. I would like to reschedule this appointment with Mr Praveen and wouldn’t want this person to come for a follow up

asked for kitchen and bathroom pest control; not sure what kind of service he provided; there were a lot of cockroaches running around, thus the service was rendered in a disgusting manner. There was a lot of debate over taking out the cutlery. Worst pest control done
