What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
What will the second visit include?
Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later

Many Cockroaches are visible within 2-3 days of service. Didn't expect such poor results from URBAN COMPANY Pest Control. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Karthik is very genuine, he explained everything in detail. I would say, almost all cockroaches die after the spray, however they might come back, when the eggs are hatched again. He explained all the options on how to prevent the cockroaches from breeding again.

Service was fine only but all the utensils are not displaced properly by them. We also have to pitch in between. After service they tell to keep it same for 6 hours then later who will place the utensils back.. its we only need to do.

Unique 2 visit treatment
The treatment will happen in two parts with a gap of 2 weeks. First, spray treatment to kill the fully developed pests. Second, gel treatment to break the lifecycle and kill the newly hatched eggs. The gel goes deep inside the drains attacking the cockroaches and ants where they hide and breed, preventing them from multiplying
