The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
What will the second visit include?
Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought

Asked us to remove 90% of the kitchen before reaching the apartment. Seeing hardly any improvement in the sight seeing of cockroaches. Wherever we asked him to put the medicine he said they don’t do it despite booking full apartment pest control. I want a refund. Also, he didn’t remove utensils that were kept on the top stating that rarely used items removal not required. Whole day and money got wasted. Never book apartment services as they hardly touch any areas in the rooms. Not worth. Highly disappointed despite spending whole day in rearranging my kitchen, no results. My first rating was 4.5 yesterday but after seeing no improvement I have reduced the rating. Cockroaches are roaming around everywhere in the house e.g. on my dining & crockery unit etc.

We provide a 3 month warranty after the process is completed so that there is no recurrence of cockroaches.
Thorough inspection of the area
Our pest control expert thoroughly inspects the area for any cockroaches, ants, other insects in tricky hiding areas
Unique 2 visit treatment
The treatment will happen in two parts with a gap of 2 weeks. First, spray treatment to kill the fully developed pests. Second, gel treatment to break the lifecycle and kill the newly hatched eggs. The gel goes deep inside the drains attacking the cockroaches and ants where they hide and breed, preventing them from multiplying
