Totally Not Satisfactory Person Arrived 45 Minutes late for which we were ok , We had selected for Pest Control including Utensils Removal , He called us before his arrival and asked us to remove all the Grocery and Glass items for which we were still flexible and removed all Grocery & glass items He arrived home 45 minutes late and he is removing all the items in the rough and tuff manner and keeping it on the groud forcefully, after telling twice he is keeping the items on the ground slowly , Post removing the items in the Cabinet we asked him to remove the items on the rooftop and then start spraying as there were more cockroaches on rooftop also , for this he is saying it's not his company policy to remove items from rooftop , though we had selected (including Utensils Removal) package , we ourself had to remove all utensils from the rooftop, Once he started spraying he is spraying in the random manner , he is not spraying on the Hinges , railings and skirtings, once again after telling repeatedly he was doing multiple arguments and then he sprayed , Though we had a ladder in our house he is not ready to climb the ladder and spray it , he is just spraying from the ground, once again we forced him to do it and later he did it after multiple arguments , Overall : Not Satisfactory, Poor Service
