We had a function planned in 2 days, so we asked him to trim only the edges and style it and not to touch the upper part of the head for my baby boy(2yrs) .. he didn't even listen properly but said yes..and trimmed the whole hair which gave a DUMB look. I realized that he's trimming more than needed and even tried to stop him in the middle and said to him not to cut more hair , he didn't even pause and said I'm not cutting more. After everything's done , then he's telling , since the hair is thin we had to trim whole hair but after hair wash it'll look normal .. what nonsense is that !!! Learn to listen to the customer's request first. If ur not able to fulfill that , say it in the starting itself, not after completing the whole process. Very bad !!!! I really regret booking this service.
