I can give concrete examples. 1) He repeated atleast 3 times that I am losing hair in crown and that with sarcastic tone and smile 2) I asked him for back side view and he took a picture focusing on my bald patch instead of the bottom neck line 3) also likes to boast about his income from many clients and how much he earns in a day 4) hair cut is fine 5) does not clean up properly see pic I pay a premium to avoid unhygienic parlours but Kasim can clean up better especially since I requested him
