I have KAFF dual motor wall mounted chimney. When i booked the service for deep cleaning, the charge quoted on UC app was rs. 1298. The professional checked and quoted double the amount as it is dual motor. However, we could not find any such criteria on the app. And he also asked for rs. 600 for transportation as he had to take the chimney to workshop. We had to agree for both as we had no other option. When we finally saw the break up of the final bill they charged us for island chimney priced ( mine is wall mounted chimney) at rs. 1499 x 2. And rs.600 for transportation (which they added as other charges on the bill) and tax on that. So, in total we ended up paying rs. 3767 for a service which was priced at Rs.1298 on UC app. I can understand marginal incremental cost but paying 3 times of original cost felt like being cheated. I am not sure who cheated me UC or the professional or it is hand in glove kind of situation. I have had amazing experience with other services that i availed previously. But now, I will think twice before I avail any service in future.
