Added extra items which I did not tell him to add. I just wanted to deep clean the chimney which I used in my previous rented house. This was already in bad condition when I started using it. I just told him to clean it and return it to the previous condition. He did not listen to me what I said to him. He changed the fan, put expensive LED light there according the land lord. Even did not take my permission before putting the LED. He told me that the landlord pressurised him to do that. But I am paying the money to him. Totally unacceptable.
