Please don't send people you don't have skilled workforce. Appliances are at risk because of that. Charging so much amount and sending unskilled pepople. Unprepared too. They are asking for everything from customer. Only came with few basic tools and castic soda. Rest we had to provide. Were about to cut the wires of the under warranty product which could have resulted in warranty lapse. They were also not able to assemble the appliance in one go. They missed fitting one part which could result in breakage of the machine. While checking heavy sound came from the appliance a d they had to reopen it again only to find out they missed one important piece while assembling. They don't have idea about the wiring and were assembling the chimney with the help of picture they took while dismantling the chimney.
