Mr.Ghouse Khan did a professional cleaning and even mopped the floor after the service.He is also polite and called me to inform when he was late .He also speaks good English which is helpful for a non-hindi speaker like me.Totally satisfied

The guy that urbancompany has sent doesn't have any experience in this field. He is just a college student and he just finished his exam, spending some free time to earn money that's it. It is a completely disappointment that urbancompany takes hectic money for services & sends amateurs. The guy dont even know how to do the job properly. Post-services, some time chimney fan getting blocked due to improper service & sounds are coming while stoping the fan, lights flickering is new addition after servicing. Additionally few places grease not cleaned & removed properly. At the end of day my problem did not get solve. I am completely dissatisfied. Please note, the alloted technician shown in my order did not come and in place some other guys came.

No transparency on the costs. How do I even know that what ever you are charging is what went wrong.. For a chimney that's working all fine you suddenly replaced literally everything.
