My experience for home cleaning was totally unsatisfactory for the following reasons. 1. Except Suresh the other two used phones during service (8-10 times) 2. All the corners especially the kitchen were not cleaned. 3. The floor of the hall, dining & kitchen were not cleaned properly. The final clean up wasn't done properly. 4. The main door from outside was not cleaned. The dust & water marks can still be seen. 5. Only the floor cleaning of the store room was done. They made faces which were totally unprofessional so I said leave it and do only the floor. 6. The chimney of the kitchen was not cleaned as they didn't know how to open it. 7. The person who was cleaning the bathroom came to try to open the chimney without removing the gloves and with dirty hands took the fork (without asking) and used it for opening which was totally unhygienic. 8. They took breaks frequently. Lady was getting tired every 15/20 minutes and used to slow down. 9. Things were not kept back properly in its place. In the kitchen all the utensils were removed & kept by me. Same in the store room she removed & I had to keep it. 10. The stains are still there on the kitchen tiles & on the floor corners. They haven't cleaned it properly. 11. Suresh did his job well but the other guy insisted him to do his work fast and leave it. 12. They did not carry their tiffin so they went out for 45/50min break. Even for tea one guy went out to get and took 30 min break. 13. Except Suresh the other two took 20/25 min break for washroom which was just downstairs. 14. Except Suresh the two even argued. 15. I had to remind them of everything that this is left and that is yet pending. 16. They arrived at 8.15 am (on time). I told them to wait for just 5 min as I was sending my child to school. They went down and went for a tea break and came back after 30 min. They started their work around 8.55 am and completed their work (incomplete work) till night 11 pm which was hell lot of time (14+hrs). 17. A lot of things I had asked them not to clean as it was related to God like Puja cupboards (2) and drawers (3). The store room only floor and door was cleaned. But, still they had problem cleaning the rest. 18. The 4 drawers of the kitchen were not cleaned. 19. I had to be on my toes throughout. 20. Suresh was much better than the other two. The lady and the other guy were not up to the mark as they argued and just tried to finish their work for the sake of just doing it. They used their phones during service multiple times. 22. One guy had locked the store room by pulling the door. I had to urgently call the key maker person to open it. I had to spend Rs. 350/- which was an extra expenditure. And also the other guy had pulled the washing machine pipe attached to the tap. I did tell him to be careful. But, now there is leakage. Again Rs. 500/- I have to spend as an extra expenditure. 21. My day was very stressful.

The person you people have assigned for cleaning was Vikram. But the very clever person Vikram has sent some other person with two female workers. Those people aren’t wearing UC uniform rather wearing some other companies uniform. Please let me know where m I wrong. If u people will not be able to do anything please don’t accept any bookings. I have already paid my payment which nowadays UC is accepting only prepaid booking. Then why today after my work done I had to pay extra amount. This is very very shameful for you all. Now my expectations with UC is done Thanks for cheating people.
