Without adding any spare part, generated a false quotation of 220/- or something which I rejected. When confronted by me, he said that UC does not pay us enough and this is how we make our commission. Very unprofessional behaviour - trying to dupe customer. I am sure he must be doing this with other customers too.

Mr. Abaid did understood the problem immediately and got to work , but he was confusing us about the price and after the service done he was confusing us that he took advance before a bit extra so he will pay us back the remaining amount but we need to pay it in his account i immediately caught what he was saying and told him you just send the quotation and the UC app would deduct that amount, he got that we wont pay him in his account and immediately sent me the quotation. Apart from this he did his job perfectly.

Cost has increased by leaps and bounds in Urban company. To change a valve Of 450/- I have to spend 900/- using local mechanics will be cheaper

Scaling on heating element could not be cleaned .. I think they did not have required skill set and equipments to clean it
