The person fixed the geyser heating issue well. However there is a light in the geyser which the person needs to fix and he didn't have the light and we are calling and following up for two days. The person said he will bring the light and fix it. The person is not proactive to respond just because the money is fully paid upfront, it's not taken seriously .

In spite of the corroded tank the service person insisted on replacing the coil which was of no use as the switch gets tripped again
