The technician spent literally 5 minutes to check the geyser and asked me to contact the brand to do the repair. 288 Rs to tell me to call the company! I don’t need an electrician to tell me that. Utter waste of time and money. He spent more time explaining why I should give him a feedback and rating on UC app.

He has damaged the tank and even he has fitted the geyser tank inside the geyser wrongly. I have to change the whole copper tank.most pathetic service.he don't know anything.its complete

The person fixed the geyser heating issue well. However there is a light in the geyser which the person needs to fix and he didn't have the light and we are calling and following up for two days. The person said he will bring the light and fix it. The person is not proactive to respond just because the money is fully paid upfront, it's not taken seriously .
