After service my geyser has stop working

We booked him for geyser repair. He came chked and suggested for pipe change, we did, after that he claimed hot water is not coming , I said that's why we called u to chk, in reply he said I am an electrician and not a plumber! The question is then why did he change the pipe?? When questioned he started that madam ji fight with the company not me...i mean..what's that. Very bad experience.

Geysor still not working properly The personal didnt repair it Instead came continuously fr 2 days back to back but not getting any hot water

Did not accept online payment and insisted that online is not an option especially when as a customer I am very well aware that it is available as I am a UC customer for the last 7-8 years now. Very weird.

The technician spent literally 5 minutes to check the geyser and asked me to contact the brand to do the repair. 288 Rs to tell me to call the company! I don’t need an electrician to tell me that. Utter waste of time and money. He spent more time explaining why I should give him a feedback and rating on UC app.
