How ridicoulous. The service guy opened up all the pipes , messed up the entire bathroom, told me he needs to buy some parts, took the geyser parts and vanished. What nonsense is this ? Do you want me to lodge a legal complaint . I need my parts back

The Professional was not able to perform the service as he was having issue in his hand and I said please arrange another Professional. But they deduct the visiting fees which is very unproffesional and it is not my fault if your person cant perform the duty. Please give me full refund.

The technician spent literally 5 minutes to check the geyser and asked me to contact the brand to do the repair. 288 Rs to tell me to call the company! I don’t need an electrician to tell me that. Utter waste of time and money. He spent more time explaining why I should give him a feedback and rating on UC app.

The person fixed the geyser heating issue well. However there is a light in the geyser which the person needs to fix and he didn't have the light and we are calling and following up for two days. The person said he will bring the light and fix it. The person is not proactive to respond just because the money is fully paid upfront, it's not taken seriously .
