To whom it may concern, I am writing to share my disappointment with the recent cleaning service provided. Unfortunately, the cleaner used cleaning products that were nearly empty and then diluted them with water, which significantly reduced their effectiveness. Additionally, the cloth she used had an unpleasant odor, which has now transferred onto my surfaces and floors. Despite the small size of my apartment, she was unable to finish the cleaning on time without my assistance. There was still visible hair on the floor, and I had to ask her to re-clean my bedroom floor due to missed dust. While she was a kind and pleasant person, I am not satisfied with the quality of service received.
