The cleaner came 30 minutes late. She didn’t bring steam mop or didn’t do vacuuming even though I paid extra for the materials. The floor is very sticky after the mopping, for which she used my mop. And didn’t clean the mop afterwards as well. I had to mop again after she left. Didnt clean the stove well, tried to stuff down paper through my bathroom drain. Very poor service overall. Really disappointed. First time such an experience with Urban Company.

Cleaner late like usual Not fully clean apartment. Apartment is only 1 bedroom, not ironing or washing or even changing bed sheets...only mopping and cleaning surfaces and i booked 2 hours for only this. I came back and many places not totally clean and i can see hair everywhere on the floor and the services provided i would have finished it as a man in 10 minutes to be honest Very disappointed tho my previous experience with ur services was good

She was good as such - Friendly and nice but Completed just 2 bedrooms and one washroom in 1.45 hours and hurriedly tried to finish cleaning in kitchen another small washroom and hall. These weren’t done properly. They should know to manage time especially considering that urban clap mentioned 2.5hrs for 2BHK. Dishes and Balcony was untouched.
